Your use of green contrasts nicely with the lighting and expression on his face. He seems to have a lack of inner vibrance despite his beautifully-colored surroundings. The look in his eyes is sad, yet so genuine. I love the lines of the car leading straight up to his eye. I think it adds to the intensity of his gaze with the viewer.
The green definitely stands out a lot in this photo. The way the child is in front on the out of focus car makes him stand out so much more. The angle also seems to get more emotion out of the face. Rachel Meyer
